Nature is good for you: most people realise this all by themselves when they go for a walk in nature. The forest in particular has already been scientifically proven to have a positive effect and healing power on people.

- Silence & soundscape: The rustling of leaves, birdsong and the sound of the wind act like gentle sound therapy.

Forest bathing
I would like to accompany you with a few simple exercises - with breathing, mindfulness and meditation - both before and during your hike through the magical forest. This will allow you to immerse yourself with all your senses, find peace and return to your everyday life invigorated. Feel with your hands (5 minutes)
- Search for different surfaces: Bark, moss, a leaf, a stone.
- Close your eyes and explore the texture with your fingertips.
