This is what summer tastes like 

Fresh from the forest, straight onto your plate: chanterelles – or, as we say here in Tyrol, ‘Eierschwammerl’. Picked with love, then prepared in the kitchen with just as much creativity. Sometimes as a spread, sometimes in a salad, sometimes served in the classic way with an egg.
