Check-in from 3.00 pm · Check-out by 11.00 am
 

Your room or flat will be ready for you from 3.00 pm, so you can settle in, unpack and relax. On the day of departure, you may stay until 11.00 am. If you’re arriving after 6.00 pm, please let us know in advance so that everything is ready for you.

Free
of charge up to 14 days before arrival 

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival. Between 13 and 2 days before arrival, 90 per cent of the booking total is due; from one day before arrival or in the event of a no-show, the full amount is due.

To ensure your cancellation is valid, please notify us in writing. We will then confirm this with you straight away. 

In addition, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.

Cash on the day or by bank transfer
 

With us, you can pay easily on the spot or transfer the amount in advance. We’ll automatically send you our bank details with your booking confirmation.

Card payments are not currently accepted.

€5.00 per person per night
 

The local tax of €5.00 per person per night will be added to your booking. Children under 15 are exempt. In return, you will automatically receive the PlateauCard Region Seefeld, which offers many benefits in the region.

Wi-Fi & parking included · Underground car park €15.00 per day
 

Wi-Fi throughout the building and your parking space are included in our rates. If you’d prefer to park your car in a dry, sheltered spot, our underground car park is available for €15.00 per day. There’s a charging point for your electric car; electricity is charged separately.

€20.00 per night · available only in the Deluxe Double Room and the Bergzeit
  Apartment

Your dog is very welcome in the Deluxe Double Room and the Bergzeit Apartment. We charge €20.00 per night for this. Just let us know when you book.
