Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Whether breakfast is included in your stay at the 4-star boutique hotel Die Seefelderin depends on the rate you’ve chosen. It’s up to you: you can book your room with or without breakfast.

What are the cancellation terms for direct bookings?

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival. Between 13 and 2 days before arrival, 90 per cent of the booking total is due; from one day before arrival or in the event of a no-show, the full amount is due. Cancellations are only valid in writing and will be confirmed by us. In the event of early departure, there will be no refund for unused services.The right of withdrawal under Section 18(1)(10) of the FAGG does not apply to hotel bookings. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.As life doesn’t always go to plan, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Does the room have a balcony?

Yes, all the rooms at the Seefelderin have their own balcony.

Is use of the wellness area included?

Yes, use of our wellness area, which includes an indoor pool, Finnish sauna and relaxation areas, is included in the room rate. The pool is open daily from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm, and the sauna from 3.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
